Day 01: Delhi

Arrive into Delhi
Welcome to Vardhman's "Horse Safari Rajasthan Tour"!
On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's
representative to your hotel. Relax for the remaining part of the
day.

Day 02: Delhi
This morning after a lesiurely breakfast proceed on a city tour.
Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern
Hindu Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building
and Connaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama
Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti
Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru.
Also drive past Chandni Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi.

Day 03: Delhi- Jaipur
After breakfast drive to the beautiful Pink City- Jaipur. Check
into your pre-booked hotel upon arrival. Evening at leisure or you
can visit Choki Dhani Village.

Day 04: Jaipur-Sawai Madhopur/Ranthambore
After breakfast visit Amber fort and ride the hill on the back
of painted elephant. Nearby is the ornate Hawa Mahal (the Palace
of Winds). Visit the unique Jantar Mantar Observatory situated in
the heart of the city. The old city Palace & its museum.
Late in the afternoon drive to Sawai Madhopur. Arrive Sawai Madhopur
and check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 05: Ranthambhore
Ranthambore National Park: One of the best places to witness
the rich wildlife of India. Situated at the junction of the Aravalli
and Vindhya hill range, the park is spread over an area of approximately
400 sq km. As far as the origin of the park is concerned, it was
declared a wildlife sanctuary in 1957. Later, in 1981, it was given
the status of a National Park.The Ranthambhore Wildlife Sanctuary
of India remains open every year from October to Mid June.

Day 07: Ranthambhore - Bharatpur
After breakfast drive to Bharatpur. On arrival check in at your
hotel. Relax for a while and then take a visit to the National Park.
Bharat Pur Wildlife Sanctuary: Originally a duck shooting preserve
of Maharaja Suraj Mull of Bharatpur, the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary
of Rajasthan was declared a national park in 1982. Later, in 1985,
it was listed as a World Heritage site by Unesco. At present, the
Rajasthan Keoladeo Ghana National Park serves as one of the chief
breeding and feed grounds for the birds around the world. The Bharat
Pur Wildlife Sanctuary, of Rajasthan, houses approximately 300 species
of birds. Amongst them, the most prominent ones are Painted Storks,
Open and Spoon Bills, Egrets, Cormorants, White Ibis, Jacanas, While
Harriers, Fishing Eagles, Pied Kingfisher, etc. However, the most
awaited species of birds is the Siberian Crane. Apart from Iran,
India is the only place where this bird migrates in winter. Bharatpur
sanctuary remains open throughout the year from sunrise to sunset.

Day 08: Bharatpur - Agra
Morning visit the Bharatpur bird sanctuary. Afternoon drive
to the "Romantic city of Taj Mahal"- Agra. Enroute visit
Fatehpur Sikri, built by Akbar the Great to commemorate the birth
of his son. Visit the red stone mosques, courtyards and the palace
where Akbar once played chess using slave girls as pawns.
On arrival check into your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 09: Agra - Umaria
Early in the morning proceed to visit the one of the Seven Wonders
of the World -Taj Mahal (Closed on every Friday) during Sunrise.
Return back to the hotel for breakfast and then proceed on a city
tour of Agra.
Visit Red fort & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula. Later you will visit
a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra which offers an excellant
range of white marble, fashionable wear & exotic wooden articles,
truly a one stop shop!. In the evening trasnfer to Agra railway
station to catch overnight train for Umaria.

Day 10: Umaria - Bandhavgarh
Reach Umaria railway station & you will be met and directly
drive to Bandhavgarh. Check in at your hotel upon arrival. Rest
of the day at leisure.

Day 11: Bandhavgarh
Bandhavgarh National Park: It is one of the most exotic wildlife
destinations in India. An erstwhile game reserve of the royal family
of Rewa, Bandhavgarh got recognition as a wildlife park in 1968,
when the Maharaja of Rewa bequeathed the park to the Government.
Initially the park stretched to 105.40-sq-kms in area, with 25 resident
tigers forming its prime attraction. Visiting Bandhavgarh and trailing
tigers on Elephant Safari or cutting through the jungle tracks in
a jeep (Jeep Safari) promises to give you one of the best wildlife
experiences in the state.

Day 13: Bandhavgarh - Kanha
Morning drive to Kanha National Park - a tiger reserve that
extends over 1945 sq. km. of undulating country in Madhya Pradesh.
Evening at leisure. A full day game viewing inside the jungle. (Two

Day 14: Kanha
Full day free to visit the Kanha national Park for wildlife
viewing.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 15: Kanha - Jabalpur
Day free to visit Kanha National Park.
Later in the afternoon transfer to Jabalpur railway station to board
overnight train for Delhi.
Overnight: Train
Day 16: Jabalpur - Delhi
Morning arrive Delhi railway station. You will be met and transferred
to hotel for freshen-up and then check out from the hotel and proceed
to visit the city.

and Connaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.
